Pumpkin Spice Crisp Treats
- 12 cups crisp rice cereal
- 2 – 10 oz. bags of marshmallows
- 6 tbsp. light whipped butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 20 pretzel sticks broken in half
Melt the better in a large saucepan over low heat. Once butter is melted, add the marshmallows to the pan. When marshmallows are completely melted add in the pumpkin pie spice and the vanilla extract. Add in the crisp rice cereal, a little at a time, and mix to coat with the melted marshmallows. Let cool for 10 minutes.
When cereal mixture is cooled, line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Spray your hands with cooking spray so the cereal mixture doesn’t stick. Grab about 3 tablespoons of the cereal mixture and roll into balls. Don’t forget to stick the half pretzel stick in the top for the pumpkin stem!
Makes about 40 pumpkins. Enjoy!
