Strawberry Cream Pie
The following recipe is so simple, yet so delicious! A perfect treat for a warm summer’s night. Not only is this dessert delicious, but it’s also brain healthy! Researchers actually found that adults who ate berries showed improvements in memory tasks.
- 2 cups fresh, sliced strawberries
- 8 oz. whipped topping
- 2 – 5.3oz. containers strawberry flavored Greek yogurt
- 9 inch ready-made graham cracker crust
In a bowl, combine the whipped topping, sliced berries, and Greek yogurt.
Pour this into the pie crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Keep in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve. Cut into 8 slices, serve, and enjoy! Optional: Top with fresh strawberries!
