Chocolate Banana “Ice Cream”
The following recipe is a dessert that the entire family will enjoy! We think this “ice cream” will become a staple dessert in your household! The bananas are rich in potassium and magnesium, meaning they can help with focus and overall cognitive health. Cocoa powder contains flavonoids, which can improve blood flow to the brain. - 3 large bananas, peeled, chopped, and frozen
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- ½ cup milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 60 seconds.
If mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk until you get the desired consistency. Transfer to a container and freeze to firm, at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
