Avocado and Strawberry Salad
The sweet and tart strawberries with the creaminess of the avocado and the crunch of those almonds, it’s simple and delicious! Spinach and other leafy greens are jam-packed with good-for-your-brain nutrients, such as folate, iron, calcium and vitamins E and K. Topped with almonds to add a nice crunch, makes this the perfect side dish or for a refreshing lunch.
Cut off the stem and halve the strawberries, chop avocado, slice almonds in half and slice the red onion. Mix all ingredients together and top with your favorite healthy dressing.
