Below is a quick, brain healthy, on-the-go breakfast. Almonds are packed with fiber, vitamin E, riboflavin and L-carnitine – all key nutrients to brain health.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tablespoons natural almond butter
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup spinach

 

Directions:

Add all of the ingredients to your blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
