What to bring to your next cookout:
Avocado and Strawberry Salad

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of sliced strawberries
  • ½ avocado
  • 4 cups of fresh spinach
  • ¼ cups of almonds
  • ¼ red onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Directions:

Cut off the stem and halve the strawberries, chop avocado, slice almonds in half and slice the red onion. Mix all ingredients together and top with your favorite healthy dressing.
