Please note, the first billing cycle on new Convenience orders is 23 days and all subsequent charges will appear every 30 days. There is no minimum time commitment. Please keep your credit card information current. If your information changes, including card expirations, please contact Customer Service to submit the updated information.

3. Preferred Customer Plan changes and cancellations. To make changes to your Preferred Customer Plan order, including cancellation, Customer Service must be notified at least 10 days prior to your Preferred Customer Plan ship date. Customer Service can be reached toll-free at 1-888-814-0814 or via email info@prevagen.com.

4. General cancellation information. Orders that have been submitted for processing (checkout completed) may not be cancelled. If you have placed an order in error, please call Customer Service toll-free at 1-888-814-0814 or email info@prevagen.com. We will provide you with return instructions and information on how to receive credit for the purchase price of Prevagen.
