By enrolling in our “Preferred Customer Plan” you will enjoy a savings of $15 per month on Prevagen. With this plan your bottle(s) of Prevagen will automatically be delivered to your shipping address once per month and your credit card charged $44.95 plus $5.95 shipping and processing. Then 23 days after your initial order and every 30 days thereafter, as a member of the Preferred Customer Plan, you’ll receive your monthly supply of Prevagen. If you choose to leave the Preferred Customer Plan, simply call our customer service line at 888-814-0814. No minimum time commitment is required. Customer Service hours are 8am to 7pm M-F CST.

1. Money-back Guarantee. Prevagen is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with Prevagen for any reason, please call Customer Service toll-free at 1-888-814-0814 or email info@prevagen.com. We will provide you with return instructions and information on how to receive credit for the purchase price of Prevagen.

2. Preferred Customer Plan. Customers who signed up to receive Prevagen through our Preferred Customer Plan will be automatically charged each month for their order until the order is cancelled following our cancellation terms and conditions. Please note, the first billing cycle on new Convenience orders is 23 days and all subsequent charges will appear every 30 days. There is no minimum time commitment. Please keep your credit card information current. If your information changes, including card expirations, please contact Customer Service to submit the updated information.

3. Preferred Customer Plan changes and cancellations. To make changes to your Preferred Customer Plan order, including cancellation, Customer Service must be notified at least 10 days prior to your Preferred Customer Plan ship date. Customer Service can be reached toll-free at 1-888-814-0814 or via email info@prevagen.com.

4. General cancellation information. Orders that have been submitted for processing (checkout completed) may not be cancelled. If you have placed an order in error, please call Customer Service toll-free at 1-888-814-0814 or email info@prevagen.com. We will provide you with return instructions and information on how to receive credit for the purchase price of Prevagen.
